Disembodied Feet

Some months ago I came across a story on CNN.com about feet, from various people washing up on the shoreline in Western Canada. And I remember thinking, WTF? I mean is there some serial killer out there killing people and then just chopping off their feet and putting them out to sea?

Two of the feet have been identified.
