Trials and Tribulations

I spent most of yesterday, Sunday, in the proverbial fetal position due to a crushingly massive sinus headache. This was after running 8 miles in the morning. So a day that started off as a triumph for me (I haven't been running like I should so the fact that I pulled off this run is/was amazing ), descended into total agony.

Yes, I'm complaining. Over the past month, I've had random feverish days, woken up drenched in sweat, suffered through numerous sinus headache and felt like my breathing was off. So yesterday I reached a breaking point. I never had allergies until I was in my mid-20's. When my eyes began to burn late one spring I thought I was going blind but my doctor told me to get some drops and things were fine. And over the years I've become well versed in over the counter allergy remedies.

But now I feel like I need the help of a professional. A that's the rub, no medical insurance. I could use this medical group that charges $79 a month, but I already have a doctor I like, who knows my history. I don't want to start over. So I'm investigated health insurance for someone that is under-employed, a doesn't quite qualify for the Freelancers Union insurance plan.

That's my rant for the day.
